You will love this two tone gorgeous shimmering color of hand woven and hand-dyed sheer silk scarf made by Thai artisan weavers in Northern Thailand. This wrap scarf is handwoven from 100% silk fibers for a beautiful, shimmering look with delicate fringes on the ends. Each scarf is individually woven by hand and is a work of many years of training which is handed down from mother to daughter.

Due to the handmade nature of our scarfs, each scarf is a unique, one of a kind creation in color and design. We often have only one or two of the same color or pattern. Slight imperfections of the weave are characteristic of raw silk hand-woven scarves and add to the beauty and uniqueness of the scarves, and differentiate it from a machine made scarves.

The village cooperative artisans undertake the entire production process; they feed the silk worms with mulberry leaves; collect the cocoons; unravel the silk thread; hand-dye the silk; create the designs and hand weave the textiles.
